They choose onboarding, structure mapping, data entry, document filing or something else, and describe what they have.

You quote
You see the request in your console, send a price and a note, and can ask questions first.

The family accepts or declines
Only the people who manage access in the family can accept. A declined quote ends there.

You deliver
You mark the work in progress and then delivered, with a note. The record stays in the family's workspace.

Accountants and family-office firms can deliver these services for other advisors' clients. How referrals and fees are shared is agreed per programme.
